Previous experience in a similar position in the construction or engineering industries
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting processing orders and month-end accruals
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills

What to expect in this role:

Timely and accurate collection, control and coordination of timesheets
- Ensure all site based payroll and HR queries are answered in a timely manner
- Document preparation and file maintenance
- Safety data collection and reports general correspondence as required
- Accounting duties, such as receipting and processing orders
- Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on site
