**Role Overview**

One of Scotford Fennessy's Mining Resources Clients is looking for an EXPERIENCED Site Administrator with INX-InFlight & Pronto experience to assist their team on a 8:6 roster.

**Duties**
- Coordination of all site personnel’s access paperwork
- Booking site access travel and accommodation for management and project personnel
- Issue purchase orders including receipting and reconciliation of goods and services for the project using Pronto
- Filing and record keeping requirements
- Assist in the compilation of reports and management system requirements
- Maintain stationery and office consumables
- Maintain stock and purchases of PPE for employees
- Ad-hoc Duties within the Administrative and Accounts functions as requested by Management
- Maintenance work order entries
- Maintenance administrative task in machine history, compliance & planning
- Organise training when required and maintain training records in conjunction with the HSE administrator
- Manage site rosters and mobilisation requirement/systems

**Skills & Experience**
- High level of computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel) Pronto, In-Flight and SAP
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently in a fast-paced FIFO remote environment
- Strong administration background
- Ability to meet deadlines and timeframes
- Ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure
- Positive and friendly manner in supporting employees, contractors and visitors at all levels
- Respecting privacy and confidentiality in dealing with employee matters and information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage work output with constant interruptions
- A willingness and enthusiasm to embrace new task and training opportunities to support the responsibilities of this position and the smooth operation of the mine
- Demonstrated track record in building strong relationships, supporting various teams and showing initiative

**Requirements**:

- Australian Driver's License (manual)
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a PEM | DAS
