**Job Responsibilties**:

- Work conscientiously and be able to lead the team to complete sales tasks at the head office
- Co-ordinate and co-operate with other colleagues to complete the work according to the set guidelines
- Write descriptions for various products on social platforms, including detailed information such as product features, functions, usage methods, materials, etc.
- Handle and reply to customer inquiries and follow ups
- Be able to communicate effectively with other store branches regarding deliveries, shipping containers, and other matters
- Be responsible for processing customer orders, tracking order progress, and ensuring that orders are completed in due time
- Be able to effectively manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, and independently follow-up with customers
- Will actively learn and understand industry dynamics, market trends and marketing knowledge. Be able to quickly master new product knowledge and copywriting skills

**Job Requirements**:

- University degree or above
- 1+ years of sales and team leadership experience
- English level 6 or above
- Strong communication skills
- Applicants with Australian citizenship or PR are preferred
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
