ANACC Funding/ Care Assessment Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced ANACC Funding/ Care Assessment Coordinator to join our team, working across our Belmont and Armstrong Creek sites.

About the Role

As the ANACC Funding/ Care Assessment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting compliance, auditing, and care planning practices to ensure optimal funding outcomes under the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AN-ACC funding processes, including documentation preparation and management.
- Review clinical documentation to optimise AN-ACC funding.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and achieve organisational objectives.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and development opportunities.
- Deliver ongoing AN-ACC education and support to staff.

What you’ll need

- Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing)
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
