We are seeking a highly organised and proactive **Care Coordinator** to join our growing team.

**About the Role**:
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating client and staff schedules
- Approving timesheets, including check-in/check-out, expenses, and mileage
- Reducing downtime between shifts through effective rostering
- Communicating with clients, families, and support workers to ensure high-quality care delivery

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience in scheduling (highly favourable)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A compassionate, client-focused approach providing impeccable customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain a Yellow Card and Blue Card (if not already held)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

- Adminstration: 2 years (preferred)
