1. Qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience deemed to be appropriate

2. At least 12 months previous experience working in a medical or other health related practice with experience using clinical software such as Best Practice and Pracsoft /mutually agreeing to get training with clinical software as needed

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all ages and social groups

4. High level customer service skills

5. Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

7. Ability to be organised, prioritise work, and manage time effectively

8. Ability to use of a desktop computer, with familiarity with the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environment
Current drivers’ licence, preferably own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
