We’re now embarking on an exciting new chapter of growth as we bring new products to market and expand our distribution channels. We also have a large risk transformation program (RTP) underway to uplift our risk maturity, strengthen risk management frameworks and enhance visibility to ensure we can continue to grow at scale.

**About the Role**

Our Risk team are instrumental in supporting Youi’s growth as we work towards achieving our Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG). Working alongside a team of passionate professionals and reporting into a highly experienced Head of Risk, the successful Risk Manager will own the maintenance of Youi’s risk policies and procedures, as well as drive forward the uplift of our Risk Appetite metrics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing key documentation relating to Youi’s Risk Management Framework.
- Managing reporting against risk appetite, including further enhancing and expanding the suite of Key Risk Indicators.
- Providing input into management and board risk reports.
- Managing the Business Continuity and Incident Management Frameworks and the relevant supporting processes.
- Providing advice to the business on risk issues.
- Identifying areas for improvement to further strengthen risk management processes.

Working alongside our Head of Risk, you will assist with everything from strategic risk planning through to implementation of policies, procedures and systems.
