Working closely with the CFO of this well-established retailer, you will enjoy a broad and varied role that see you add direct value to financial decisions across the entire group. As a medium sized business with a >$20m turnover, you will be well supported as part of a skilled finance team that supports the retail and eCommerce offering. In this change management role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing their budget and forecast system with variance analysis
- Working with business leaders to build dashboards that they need
- Driving standing and ad-hoc models on financial performance
- Implementing dashboards and cash-flow forecasting
- Driving finance systems integrity and creating systems synergies
- Integrating new business lines and acquisitions when required

Your knack for Excel and models will be a basis for your success You’ll be able to draw all the data you need from their CRM, with cubes in place to provide the financial data you will need. As part of a capable and hands-on finance team, you’ll be able to partner with operational leaders in this highly-visible role.

An ‘accountant by trade’, very strong Excel modelling skills will be important along with experience building dashboards (PowerBI preferred but not essential).

Based a short walk to Richmond station, remuneration shall be $120 - $130k package.
