**The role**:
We are excitedly seeking **_expressions of interest_** from Customer Service professionals keen to join a team who are proudly providing leading edge customer service delivery across South East Waters major customer contact channels

**What you’ll do**:

- **Receive inbound calls**:Our Accounts team take inbound calls, providing support and guidance to our diverse customer base within the local community.
- **Collaborate**:As a critical connection point between South East Water and customers, the Customer Contact Officer will have the opportunity to work with a great bunch of supportive, committed, customer-focused individuals who have a passion to create a positive and consistent experience for every customer, through every interaction.
- **Problem Solve**:With a focus on ensuring the best experience for our customers, our Customer Contact Officers take ownership for resolving enquiries, identifying appropriate solutions and and aligning them with the customers' requirements.

- **Effective Communicator**:Clear, concise communication with an ability to articulate complex information and a keen listening ear.
- **Adaptable**: You’ll need to be flexible in a fast-paced, energetic environment where priorities can change.
- **Tech Savvy**: able to work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and simultaneous tasks
- **Team Player**: A dependable, reliable team member with the ability to establish strong working relationships
