**About the opportunity**

As a key member of the management team, this position, will provide operational supervisory support to ensure
production can keep pace with sales.

**As the Stock Controller/Scheduler, we are looking for someone who will**:

- Receipt incoming orders
- Follow up on labour and stock
- Manage Stock Items/ ensure adequate stock holding
- Conduct rolling stocktakes
- Run Stock Valuation Reports
- Input Stocktake counts and run variance reports to check

**Job Costing**
- Create bills of materials & process when required
- Provide works orders for all jobs prior to releasing to operations
- Process all completed works orders in time for management reports
- Process BOMs
- Process works orders and BOMs
- no outstanding by end of day

**Purchasing**:

- Negotiate pricing for goods/ services
- Order from PO log
- Check PO Dates to ensure on time delivery and follow up overdue
- Follow up of purchasing queries
- Receipt & cost supplier invoices
- Control of Purchase Orders

**Reception**:

- Reception Duties 3pm to 5pm
- Cover when receptionist is away

**Other**:

- Have a knowledge of admin tasks completed by offshore staff

**General Housekeeping**:

- Keep desk area clean tidy
- Manage time effectively
- Complete tasks within deadlines

**Skills Required**:

- Medium to Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Preferable (though not essential) experience with MYOB Exo.
- Able to work and command respect in a team environment.
- Assertive, driven and forward thinking while respectful to peers.
