We're on the hunt for an experienced Fleet Controller who knows their way around container transport and ex wharf operations. If you thrive in the fast lane, can think on your feet, and love the buzz of keeping trucks moving — this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running the daily fleet – scheduling, allocating, and keeping things rolling
  • Coordinating ex wharf container movements
  • Talking to drivers, customers, depots, and terminals to keep jobs on track
  • Problem-solving on the fly (because plans do change)
  • Making sure everything's safe, compliant, and running smooth

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in container transport / ex wharf fleet control
  • You know the Fremantle Port scene and ECP process inside out
  • Calm under pressure and sharp with communication
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Reliable, proactive, and ready to be part of a tight-knit team
