**Your Role**:
You will be responsible for performing portfolio and program management support activities.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of IT projects and first-class co-ordination and management of services.
- You will provide a range of project management and support services.
- You will prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes.
- You will communicate and support project completion in line with project plans, with stakeholder engagement.
- You will assist in coordinating the maintenance, completion and reporting of all project and program documentation, negotiating with work streams.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Experience in providing project co-ordination and support within a complex Health and/or IT environment.
- Detailed understanding of project methods and tools.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work in and coordinate teams.
- Experience in scheduling meetings, creating, and maintaining project schedules and risk and issues registers. Identifying potential or actual project issues and seeking their resolution through the appropriate channels.
- Experience in working with policy and procedures and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
- Communications, preparation, documentation, and development skills.

**Criteria**
- Experience in providing high level project co-ordination and support to complex and large technical IT/digital projects in a large and complex service industry organisation.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Knowledge and capability in maintaining project schedules, risk, and issues, identifying, and seeking of actual project issues.
- Organisational skills and experience working through project portfolios able to prioritise competing demands and achieve results.
