They are looking for a Training Coordinator to provide effective and compliant day to day management of their training programs and on-going support of the Association’s accredited trainers and operators.
It’s all aboutthe Job
As an integral member of the team the training coordinator will maintain compliance of the registered training organisations and ensure compliance of the accredited trainers. You will manage, plan, and facilitate train the trainer courses as well as prepare documentation required prior to audit. In this role you will also manage and update all training and assessment material as well as manage new trainer enquires and keep records up to date.

Your ability to multi-task and maintain a positive “can do” attitude will be paramount in this fast-paced environment. Friendly and outgoing with strong training experience in this fast-paced environment, flexible with the ability to work collaboratively within a small team. Experience of the VET sector, ASQA requirements and RTO administrations is preferable.
