Overview:
**About the Role**:
To ensure materials are controlled in accordance with materials processes and supplied per demand requirements to enable Project Teams to carry out planned activities. To support the end-to-end life cycle of materials undertaken by Third Party Contractors including procurement, quality processes, storage, reconciliation, consumption, set-up as ongoing spares inventory or disposal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform day to day materials management collaborating with Master Data, Procurement, Engineering, Cost Control, Finance, Warehousing, Transportation and Vendors
- Perform timely and accurate SAP transactions complying to the materials management procedures and policies including regulatory and JOA
- Lead the review of leftover campaign materials ensuring timely closeout of the campaign.
- Plan stock verification and stocktakes collaborating with vendors and distribution centres
- Perform well and campaign reconciliations within the committed timeframe
- Timely, professional advisory on materials considerations for projects

**Requirements**:

- Experience in supply chain and materials management disciplines, with specific understanding of supply processes in a project environment
- Sound understanding and experience within EPC, EPCI and EPCM environments within Oil & Gas
- Experience with applicable transport regulations and manifesting processes
- Ability to develop and maintain constructive multi discipline and cross functional working relationships (internal & external)
- Ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholder groups.
- Flexibility to respond to changing organizational and project requirements and priorities
- Good understanding of SAP ERP (ECC6) in MM context with specific experience in network orders
- Strong process & analytical skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to look end-to-end across processes & systems to achieve the best business outcomes
- Good understanding of management systems, governance, risk and compliance to protect business value and reputation
