Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Materials Controller, working on a 2:1 FIFO roster to Pluto. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials, parts, and components and the general purchasing functions for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate the transport of equipment and materials
  • Organising information into correspondence or databases
  • Purchasing and hiring of Equipment
  • Liaising with internal teams regarding JDE, procurement, products and supply
  • Liaising and negotiating with a wide range of suppliers and external service providers

What you'll bring:

  • A relevant Trade Qualification or Engineer BSc or HRWL RI Intermediate Rigging
  • Preservation requirements for Mechanical or Electrical Materials - preferred
  • Minimum Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with Materials Management Databases
