Osborne Park, WA, Australia, 6017- Full TimeWe are ideally looking for someone who has worked in the early careers space before, who has the drive and passion to recruit across all early career programs.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns for all early career programs across the wider MinRes business
- Be adept at stakeholder engagement building respectful relationships and partnerships with all stakeholders including universities and other tertiary organisations
- Represent MinRes at careers fairs and other forums and events associated with early careers
- Provide a high level of customer service and being able to partner with the business leaders to deliver on recruitment objectives
