As the Health Service Improvement and Planning Program Support Officer you will, work as part of a small dynamic team to support small and large-scale projects that target improvements in operational efficiency and financial sustainability and organisational-wide leadership accountability. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the Health Service Improvement & Planning Team to ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
About you
- Knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies.
- High level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and liaise effectively with a diverse range of groups and stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to work both autonomously and as a member of a team, ability to cope in a high-volume environment, consistently meet deadlines and adapt to change using initiative, organisation and planning, time management and problem solving skills.
- High level written communication skills including ability to provide Secretariat functions as required.
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project to prepare reports, presentations and Gantt Charts, collate data and analyse information.
