**About the role**

Fantastic opportunity to join us as an Accounts Payable Officer. You will join a highly supportive team that look to make each day fun and help each other wherever possible. You will be given training and opportunities to develop your career. This role provides you with brilliant exposure, as you will be involved in all aspects of Accounts Payable, end to end.

This is a six month fixed term contract for our Seasol business based out of the head office in Bayswater. It is part
- time role, 4 days a week.

**Responsibilities**
- Reconciling creditor and bank accounts
- Entering creditor invoices in accounting system (Tencia)
- Efficient data entry
- Effective communication to suppliers and business contacts while leading continuous improvement initiatives across the AP function

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience is accounts payable is preferable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Proficiency in computer
- Excellent attention to detail
