**CHSP Client Onboarding Coordinator**

This is a purpose filled role where you will be helping seniors gain access to services that enable them to live their best lives in their own homes for as long as possible. This is a** hybrid** **role** working part time from our Lewisham office and part time from home after initial training.

You will be responsible for assisting clients and families to navigate the Aged Care system, promoting the wide range of services we offer, nurturing the leads/opportunities and onboarding new clients over the phone. This is a dynamic, fast paced role and does require the ability to talk with clients over the phone and enter data simultaneously.

Your ability to connect, empathise and assist clients and carers through the onboarding process will assist in your success.

- Previous call centre experience (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in lead conversion and working with KPI’s
- Patience, empathy and caring approach
- A strong client focus and a passion for quality customer service
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills required
