**The Opportunity**:
Due to ongoing growth, Warrigal has a new opportunity for a resourceful and hands on specialist to take on the role of Talent Acquisition Lead.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide day to day leadership and development to a small, capable team and partner with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding recruitment results.

You will be an experienced recruiter who can demonstrate capability to operate at a fast pace and deliver high quality outcomes whilst being an engaging and collaborative team leader. This position offers a blend between leadership and day to day operations and will see you managing a portfolio of active roles.

This is a permanent full-time role based from our Albion Park Head Office and offers opportunity for ongoing development, exposure to large scale recruitment projects.

**To be successful and thrive in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, coordinate and administer talent acquisition, talent mapping, talent search, and recruitment programs.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. High volume recruitment, targeted search experience preferred, ideally with exposure to both agency and internal environments.
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel
