**Your new role**

There are two Functional Analyst roles, one with a tech focus on the Digital Workplace (MS Stack, Teams, M365, etc.) and another with a tech focus on Corporate Systems (HR, CRM, Finance, etc.). Both roles will have you:

- Support business transformation and contribute change management plans while maintaining optimum health and continual improvement of your assigned portfolio of systems
- Co-design, build, test and roll out system enhancements
- Provide system support for end users
- This is a hands-on role combining aspects of both Business Analysis and System Administration

**What you’ll need to succeed**

You’ll need to possess the following skills/experience:

- Exemplary analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to confidently participate in senior management discussions
- Superb communicator with ability to communicate tech concepts in everyday language
- **Advanced technical ability across assigned portfolio of systems**:

- For Digital Workplace role: Full range of Microsoft Apps
- For Corporate Systems role: CRM (Dynamics pref), Power Platform, HR/Finance systems
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies highly desirable

**Salary package**

A Salary range between 90k-110k + Super is on offer.
