**About the role**:
The Finance Analyst (Corporate) role reports to the Group Reporting Manager and will business partner with the Group’s functional leaders to generate insightful reporting and on-going analysis, preparing performance forecasts and the annual business plan.The role will also deliver the Group’s consolidated reporting, including management, statutory and budgetary reporting.

This role works with the Corporate Systems Analyst in relation to the Group’s finance systems, including JDEwards, Adaptive Insights and PowerBi.

**Key responsibilities**
- Partner with the corporate function leaders to prepare and finalise monthly financial results, analytical insights and insightful commentary for management.
- Lead and prepare the detailed monthly forecasts and annual budget by analysing and understanding the key variables of the functions as well as challenging the inputs to support the functions achieve strategic goals.
- Support the function’s strategies and continual improvement, including potential cost savings and efficiencies, and to identify potential blind spots or anomalies for investigation.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of capital expenditure and forecast across the Group.
- Collate and review the monthly Business Performance Review Report.
- Contribute to the completion of half and full year Statutory audit.
- Complete external reporting requirements such as ABS and ACCC surveys.
- Provide necessary information and supporting evidence as required for audit of the financial statements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in financial accounting and reporting in a listed corporate organization
- Degree qualifications in accounting or business and CA or CPA accreditation.
- Experience with JDE or Adaptive Insights is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience of budget, forecasting and financial performance reporting.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to step back and form a big picture view
- Skilled at communicating ideas and issues in simple, clear language so that others understand
- Comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and have a strong service focus, confidence to work with senior management
- Strong organisational and management skills enabling the co-ordination and prioritisation of multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes
