**The Role**
The Driva Aftermarket team is responsible for promoting a range of aftermarket products to our finance approved customers during the settlement process. This is to ensure our customers' purchases are protected into the future, with products including but not limited to; comprehensive car insurance, mechanical breakdown warranties, roadside assistance, paint protection, etc. This is a critical role within the business to drive customer experience and key metrics - as a newly established area within Driva, there is plenty of opportunity to shape what these products look like for the business and our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers, post approval in our financing process.
- Engaging with customers to understand their car care needs, working with them step by step and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Presenting a wide range of vehicle protection products and showcasing the benefits to the customer.
- Responding in a timely and professional manner to all aftermarket enquiries.
- Maximising sales to achieve targets and set KPIs.
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless process for our customers.
- Providing feedback to our Product team, to continuously improve how we promote aftermarket products to our customers.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience (ideally 1 - 2 years’ experience) in aftermarket sales and service in the automotive space
- Ability to problem solve issues which arise during the aftercare sales and support process
- Compliant and high quality aftercare sales processed with proper adherence to processes
- Exposure to CRM (Salesforce preferred but would consider other software experience)
- Eagerness to learn and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for the automotive industry and a strong desire to help customers protect their vehicles
- Experience in Fintech or within another startup (preferred)
