Head of Projects- Hospitality

One of Melbourne's **Investment and Hospitality Management **companies has an opening for a _**Head of Projects.**_
You will have already advanced into a more strategic role and feel confident holding meetings with diverse stakeholders, world recognised hotel brands and reporting to the CEO.
Your astute personality will allow you to network and communicate with local councils, state government and main stakeholders.
You are overseeing the designing stages with inventory and progress from the earliest point of construction to the final opening.
You are well skilled into hotel operations and high-end negotiations and have the ability to work through the desired times lines and outcomes.
**Salary**: $190,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
