We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at our Garden City location in Westfield, Upper Mount Gravatt, Queensland. This part-time role will involve leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. You will need to have excellent communication skills to effectively delegate tasks to kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment. Additionally, you will need to have strong leadership skills to motivate and train team members to meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise kitchen staff and monitor their performance
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Create and update recipe menus
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
