Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Clean and maintain all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Unload and store food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist kitchen staff with setting up and closing kitchen stations.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling in accordance with kitchen protocols.
- Report any kitchen maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
