**The role**

A rare opportunity is available to join the luxurious Crown Sydney, as Spa & Leisure Manager. As the key leader for the award-winning Forbes-rated Crown Spa, this role will see you leading a large team to drive elevated experiences for our guests and residents, as well as ensuring seamless operations across the Spa, Fitness Centre, Swimming Pools and Recreation Areas.

Crown Spa is the only Forbes-rated Spa in Australia and is home to an indulgent offering of facials, massage, beauty, body treatments, as well as wellness experiences including hot sand therapy (the first of its kind in Australia). Whilst the Spa will be your first area of focus, you’ll also play a central role in managing the complete operation of the pool areas, gym and tennis courts.

**Some of the key responsibilities will involve**:

- Leading a large, multi-department team to deliver elevated guest and brand experiences
- Driving and achieving consistent KPIs and revenue targets, including management of the P&L
- Maintaining the highest levels of standards and protocols throughout all areas within your remit
- Working closely with other departments including Hotels, F&B, Marketing and Property Services
- People leadership, coaching, performance management and recruitment

**You’ll have**
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role within in a luxury / premium environment (Hotel Spa background is advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage a team of 50+
- Strong business acumen with excellent commercial knowledge and ability to manage a P&L
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills to build rapport with various business units and departments
- A background in beauty therapy and/or massage and F&B will be highly regarded
- Experience using systems such as Book4Time, Opera, SevenRooms or MyBos will be advantageous
- Due to the nature of the business, ability to work on will be required
- Has or is able to obtain an RSA
