Join a global software company as a **Marketing Performance Business Partner** and help shape the regional strategy across the Asia-Pacific. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive smarter marketing decisions through analytics, insights, and full-funnel reporting partnering closely with the regional marketing and global operations teams.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Partner with the APAC marketing team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyse campaign and channel effectiveness to guide strategy and maximise return on investment
- Monitor marketing funnel performance from lead generation to sales conversion and identify areas to improve results
- Build dashboards and scorecards to provide clear visibility on performance
- Support planning cycles with forecasting and budget-to-revenue modelling
- Ensure accuracy of marketing data and reporting across platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama)
- Act as the key link between regional and global marketing operations, sharing best practices and aligning on data governance
**What you'll bring**:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, commercial performance, or data strategy within a B2B software or SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, Google Analytics, and enterprise-level marketing data platforms
- Strong grasp of marketing metrics, pipeline analytics, and digital performance reporting
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, global business
- Bonus: Experience in financial due diligence or transaction advisory (e.g., Big 4 background)
