**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, educate them about the organisations we represent, and inspire them to contribute through a donor based product. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about making a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage face-to-face with new customers on behalf of our clients.
- Achieve sales performance targets and KPIs.
- Attend sales training sessions to develop skills further.
- Launch and execute new face-to-face sales campaigns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Previous sales, customer service, or fundraising experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
