**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations & Demonstrations**: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products/services and how they can address the customer’s pain points.
- **Close Sales**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- **Customer Support**: Assist customers with any post-sale issues, ensuring a positive experience and resolving problems when necessary.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align sales strategies and improve the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in sales (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $31.28 - $44.02 per hour

Expected hours: 48 - 74 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
