**The Role**:
We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Delivery Lead to champion the day-to-day functions and deliverables within the Salesforce delivery team. Assisting the team to facilitate the flow of work in an agile environment. This is from product ideation through to design-build-test-operate for complex customer-focused, business critical processes within the Salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for keeping multiple stakeholders involved and informed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead delivery teams using Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices and methods
- Help facilitate interactions within your team, across your tribe and more broadly with other teams.
- Remove roadblocks and encourage continuous improvement so that your team can deliver as effectively as possible.
- Coach and mentor your team to better versions of themselves
- Manage multiple work streams and forge positive relationships with multiple stakeholder groups
- Encourage innovation and take managed risks by implementing an incremental approach to delivery

**Required Skills**:

- Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Experience with the delivery of Salesforce projects
- Significant people and team management experience
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence the team towards an united vision and goal
