Our opportunity

Please note this is a 10-month contract role.

Your responsibilities will include

Lead the delivery of new platforms and product enhancements that provide market leading digital experiences across all asset classes.
Lead multiple cross functional squads utilizing agile methodologies and scrum practices.
Working alongside the broader Digital team and business stakeholders to lead successful delivery of product backlogs and features that are continuously released to Mirvac’s customers.
Actively work with team members to identify project blockers, then work with the respective people, teams and partners to remove these blockers to drive intended outcomes.
Lead various agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, showcases etc).
Coach team members and Product Owners in agile delivery where necessary.
Ensure project delivery is in line with agreed timelines and budget.

Your point of difference

To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in leading a cross functional squad to deliver technology solutions paired with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and judgement.

You are proficient in JIRA and well versed in various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC) with an ability to be agnostic of frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward

You will be able to drive and commit to leading the squad from planning through to the delivery process to reach the desired project outcomes.

Finally, you will be a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise
