**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Talking with customers by phone and receiving orders for the supply of products
- Processing and entry of customer orders
- Assisting customers and other stakeholders by providing product information, availability & pricing of items and quotations
- Assist sales process - alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
- Provides administrative support of field sales personnel
- Provides solutions for customers inquiries

**Key experience and capabilities**:

- The applicant for this role will preferably have experience within the electrical industry or electrical wholesale industry but is not essential
