- You love being on the move and active in your job and enjoy a bit of heavy lifting in your role.
- Currently working in assembly or process work you may now be looking for more consistent hours with career progression.
- In your past roles you have always found it important to be a reliable worker. You prioritised being on time and dependable.
- You take pride in being productive with your role and have high quality standards for the work you do.

**About the Role**

Working closely with a tight-knit team and production supervisor from 7am-3:30pm you will add significant value by:

- Following the daily production schedule.
- Operating different types of machinery to create high-quality mattresses.
- Inspecting the quality of different aspects of the mattress throughout production.
- Working with your team to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace.

**Selection Criteria**
- Experience in assembly/process work.
- Experience in mattress production highly regarded.
