About the business

Twice Blessed Wellbeing Psychologists is private practice in Midland. We provide assessment and treatment for adults, couples and children for a variety of presenting issues. Twice Blessed aims to increase access to psychological services to all people independent of their financial situation.

The business operates Monday to Friday. Experience as an allied health provider office juniour/receptionist (psychologist, medical, dental, etc) and the ability to work 1-5 days a week and relief work as required to cover our other receptionists that are away or on personal leave.

General Purpose of the Position
- To provide high quality reception and secretarial services to the clients, psychologists and any other staff in a caring and supportive manner.
- To maintain confidentiality of all information.
- To operate productively and independently with mínimal supervision required.
- To operate within the organisation's policies and procedures and within the scope of their expertise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

In accordance with policies & procedures:

- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically
- Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner (on relief basis if the current administrative staff members are away)
- Maintain all communication records and to go through records, scanning of documents and saving them into a software/program
- Liaise with clients in a compassionate manner and with healthy professional boundaries
- Liaise with psychologists, service providers and other professionals in a respectful manner
- Make and confirm appointments
- Keep accurate records/Data Entry of client contact details on Psychologists spreadsheets and other relevant lists
- Faxing, scanning, filing and archiving of documents
- Prepare documents for mail-out
- Contribute equitably to maintaining the cleanliness of the practice
- Maintain practice dress standards
- Any other administrative duties as directed by the employer
