**As the Project Officer (Property) you will**:

- Participate in the effective management of land acquisition programs including detailed property investigations, contract negotiation and management.
- Assist with the management of site feasibility to determine the suitability of potential acquisitions and department-owned land for redevelopment.
- Monitor projects and programs using various systems and databases to ensure output targets and budgets are met.
- Prepare and co-ordinate a range of project documents, including but not limited to briefing notes, financial approvals, gate forms and ministerial correspondence.
- Identify program and project risks and issues and implement strategies to treat and mitigate those risks and issues.
- Manage multiple information requests from various stakeholders and prepare responses in an effective and timely manner utilising time management and prioritisation skills.
- Assist in the development of protocols and processes for recording, reporting and managing project and program information in a consistent and accessible manner, and use advanced database manipulation skills to run queries, generate information, and produce reports for stakeholders.
- Work effectively as an individual to establish work priorities in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with team members to support the achievement of priorities.
- Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
