Ensure complete alignment to the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) requirements and operational procedures
- Own the administration of Microsoft’s Partner Central system for NCS.
- 100% capture of Microsoft incentives and recognition available to NCS and our customers (CPOL, PAL, MCI, ECIF), and stay abreast of any future changes to ensure alignment.
Licensing
- Review the licensing estate across our installed base and make recommendation to optimise and upsell/cross-sell.
- Provide advice to our sales teams and customers on preferred licensing models and facilitate pricing as appropriate.
- Make a recommendation on whether to migrate to a Tier 2 indirect model with Ingram Micro and execute any changes.
Specialisations
- Align with our Practice Leaders to ensure specialisations are maintained and identify opportunities to increase where appropriate.
Submissions and Nominations
- Prepare quality submissions and business cases for specialisations, along with company submissions for Microsoft Partner Awards.
Data and Insights
- Ensure strong record keeping and accuracy of data relating to our account base, specialisations, opportunities and leads.
- Prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Meetings with Microsoft, providing key data and insights.
