An exciting opportunity for a FRMS Analyst to join our fast-growing organisation.
**About the Role**
The purpose of the role is to coordinate all aspects of Alliance Airlines Fatigue Risk Management System data collection, analysis and report preparation in support of the FRMS.
You will ensure compliance with the FRMS through data collection and analysis from the Safety Management System (SMS) and various crew rostering operations systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing Fatigue Reports as they are submitted into the company eSMS
- Maintaining FRMS Databases and records
- Preparation of presentations for the Fatigue Safety Action Group
- Working with the FRMS and Safety Managers on the development of Promotional material to assist with FRMS compliance, training and promotion
- Working with the Net Processing Fatigue Reports as they are submitted into the company eSMS

**About You**
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Experience in data collection and analysis techniques (highly desirable)
- Experience in Airline Operations and Crew Management Systems. (desirable)
- A clear, articulate communicator in both written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and used to working to deadlines in a busy and ever changing environment.
- Attention to detail and strong professional disciplines including but not limited to confidentiality
- Initiative
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
**Experience**:
- Experience in the understanding of Airline Operations and applicable Civil Aviation Orders and Regulations (desirable)
- Experience working both independently and within small teams
- Ability to chair meetings or take minutes as required
**Safety & Security Compliance**:
- Promote and maintain a high standard of quality, safety and security compliance as required by the Alliance Airlines Corporate Safety Manual by all subordinate staff.
- Ensure a high standard of OH&S and environmental compliance in accordance with state law
- All Company Training Completed within the timelines set
