**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and efficient first-level technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the support process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Level 1 Helpdesk or technical support role.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
