**The Purpose**:
The Workplace Experience Concierge - Office & Facilities exists to ensure that the experience that employees and visitors have in our office is positive and engaging. This includes greeting all visitors, supporting significant meetings and events and client interactions and ensuring the daily office operations runs smoothly and efficiently.

**The key responsibilities this role will have**:

- Be the first point of contact for all external and internal guests and staff entering the office
- Ensuring WSE & safety measures are always adhered to
- Oversee all meeting rooms and communal areas
- Replenishment of kitchen, consumables, stationery and supplies
- Manage security & locker access and registry
- Distribute communications relating to office updates via workplace
- Collecting mailroom deliveries and distributing incoming mail accordingly
- Booking couriers as requested and assisting couriers as they arrive
- Consult with IT on tech issues relating to internal staff
- Assist project coordinator with office refit and maintenance requests
- Liaising with facility management vendors (including cleaning, catering, and security)
- Liaising with Building Management on base building facilities matters
- Ensuring all invoices are forwarded to finance
- Providing any relevant reports, to management and the Board
- Co-planning and delivering on onsite activities like parties, celebrations, and events

- Proven experience in Office and Facilities Management
- Experience in supplier management
- Exposure to workplace technologies
- Proven ability to identify problems and find favorable solutions
- Ability to manage operations effectively, an analytical mindset and the ability to improve the efficiency of business processes
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain flexible and learn to handle multiple variables
- Experience effectively communicate with employees from diverse backgrounds and management levels
- A growth mindset and be up to date with the latest office equipment, apps, and technology used in the office
