We are searching for a** Workplace Concierge Lead **for a leading Sydney law firm.

**Here's a glimpse of what you'll focus on**:
As Workplace Concierge Lead, you will play a role in cultivating a positive and thriving work environment for all employees. Your responsibilities will revolve around coordinating events, managing daily operations, and overseeing reception and hospitality services to ensure our team has an efficient, welcoming, and productive workplace. Key duties include welcoming visitors and employees, handling mail and supplies, working with vendors, maintaining equipment and meeting rooms, and guiding new employee onboarding.

This is a newly created role that is going to be a pivotal driver of clients' culture. If you are a mix of creativity and passion combined with community and hospitality services, this is the role for you

This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You should have previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment. Your natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and nurturing relationships will be invaluable. Your motivation will stem from establishing authentic connections, paying meticulous attention to detail, adeptly following processes, and dedicating yourself to closing the loop.
