Workplace Experience Coordinator

Our client is benchmarking the best of Corporate Concierge Services in Sydney's commercial buildings and is in the final stages of taking on another prestigious contract.
Your background should be within hospitality and the understanding of providing memorable experiences for the staff, visitors, tenants and subcontractors.
**We are calling it a Workplace Experience Coordinator, and we show our pride in the best of our presentation and as well in services and communications.**
- Welcome, greetings & directions of staff, visitors, tenants and third parties
- Offering genuine service to enquiries
- Familiar with all onsite services of the building
- Eye for details and innovation is Key
- Understand Facilities & Support Structures
- Responsible for the presentation of the reception, lobby and meetings rooms
- Assisting in space/meeting/F&B bookings
