**Tannoch Brae,** located in St Albans Park Geelong, has been designed to ensure comfort and quality care in a home-like environment, for every resident. Our home offers an atmosphere of community and family. Residents can relax and enjoy the peaceful enclosed courtyard, or a variety of quiet sitting areas.

**About the Opportunity**

Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
- Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents

We have permanent part-time positions available:
Week 1

Friday - ND

Sunday - 4.30pm - 8.30pm

Week 2

Monday - PM

Wednesday - 7am - 11am

Friday 7am - 11am and ND

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Commitment to work required shifts with flexibility to pick up additional hours
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
