An exciting full-time opportunity to join Remote Development Maintenance PTY Ltd

About the Opportunity

Working on multiple sites across Perth and Western Australia, you will be part of Team Remote Development Maintenance's (RDM) breakdown, shutdown and maintenance team. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining plant and equipment, facilities and infrastructure of our clients.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will:

- dismantle, repair, rebuild, assemble and install parts to fleet vehicles, plant and equipment;
- requisition spare parts as required;
- operating tools such as soldering irons, flame cutting torches, and metal cutting machines;
- set up and/or operate hand and machine tools, welding equipment or computer numerically controlled machines;
- ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and procedures;
- recommend measures to improve production methods and equipment performance; and
- supervise workshop apprentices as required.

About yourself

The successful applicant will have:

- problem solving, attention to detail, communication and time management skills;
- a relevant trade Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade Boilermaker/Metal Fabrication, or it's equivalent;
- at least 2 years relevant experience;
- operator tickets for machinery (desirable);
- computer and technology knowledge (desirable); and
- a Construction Induction White Card and C Class Drivers Licence (Heavy Vehicle licence preferred).

**Salary**: $60,000 - $79,999
