About the role

Everon Air Solutions Pty Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning/Sheetmetal Installer to join our team in Carnes Hill, NSW. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Undertake the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems and related sheet metal components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to ensure accurate installation and compliance
  • Perform preventative maintenance and address any repair requirements in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning/sheetmetal installer in the HVAC industry
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve any installation or maintenance issues
  • Proven track record of working safely and effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A relevant trade qualification or certificate in air conditioning/refrigeration or sheetmetal fabrication
