**The opportunity**

Coregas has a full-time opportunity for a Customer Accounts Administrator (Accounts Receivable), to join our team based in our Yennora, NSW. This role will report into the Customer Accounts Manager with the responsibility of maintaining and managing all aspects of our customers account. You will work autonomously and enjoy being part of a larger team with 40% of your work split with credit work and 60% completing banking, claims, resolving customer disputes and handling customer calls. As the Customer Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Investigate, reconcile and complete customer credit claims with the use of systems including Navision and Cyltrack.
- Meeting KPIs on respective debtor's ledger and cash collection targets.
- Ensure data entry and maintenance of accounts is up to date, i.e. payments are allocated correctly.
- Maintain high levels of compliance and adherence with all legislative and company policies.
