**Role Description/Criteria**

**Our Lady of Mercy College Heidelberg is a Catholic secondary school for girls and a Ministry of Mercy Education Ltd.**

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and self-directed professional to join a welcoming and supportive school community.

The role has the primary goal to support the Principal’s focus on leadership and educational excellence. This is a senior administrative role at the College, requiring great skills in organisation and collaboration.

The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication abilities, be able to multitask, manage confidential situations with discretion and be passionate about working in a school environment.

**Salary and conditions** are in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi Employer Agreement 2022.

**Terms**:Full-time, ongoing appointment

**Start date**:21 October 2024, or later by negotiation
