We're hiring Inbound Call Centre Representatives to join the Customer Solutions Team for this leading national business. If you have a passion for helping customers and an interest in upselling, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-energy environment

**Your Role**:

- Fully onsite opportunity in vibrant Padstow call-centre.
- Starting 27th October 2025.
- Handle 65-70 inbound calls daily, providing effective solutions to customers.
- Book appointments for glass repairs and replacements.
- Upsell value-added products to customers.
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop your sales and customer service skills.
- Work in a structured, supportive environment where teamwork feels like family.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Experience in a **sales** or **customer-focused** role (retail, call centre, hospitality, or phone sales experience is a plus).

- **Padstow-based office** with free onsite parking.
- **Full training provided** - Full time training for the first 4-5 weeks, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
