Just Careers Training are seeking a **Qualified and Experienced Call Centre Operator **for our expanding Bankstown Head Office.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Taking a high volume of incoming calls and helping customers book their courses
- Assisting students with enquiries
- Upselling and cross selling

**To be successful in this role you MUST**:

- Have a minimum of 12 months customer service and contact centre experience
- Be able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment and meet strict KPI's
- Have Sales/Upselling experience
- Be Collaborative
- Data Entry Experience
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have a bubbly and bright personality;
- Present well;
- Adapt to changes
- Be an absolute people person
- Have experience using computers with an excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent phone manner
- Have a 'can do' attitude
- Have previous and verifiable call center experience within a high volume environment.
- Experience in a sales based environment

**If you have previous RTO experience then this will be extremely advantageous for you.**

**An excellent salary is on offer to the successful applicant, based on previous skills and experience.**

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
