As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Commercial Manager to champion and support our commercial interests and drive our vision forward.
- Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:_
- Provide leadership in financial and commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the business’s data and digital journey, leveraging insights for decision-making.
- Negotiate terms and conditions (T&Cs) to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Develop pricing strategies for labour, equipment, and projects to maximise profitability.
- Lead the development and management of a Commercial Services Department, focusing on efficiency and value delivery.

**About You**
- Strong financial and commercial experience.
- Proven ability to manage change effectively.
- Strategic acumen with the ability to develop and execute impactful strategies.
- Digitally savvy with experience in driving data-driven decision-making.
- Resource market experience, particularly in the mining or oil and gas sectors.
- Leadership and management capabilities, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Commerce, Business, or similar).
